Misleading Articles 3

This article on their website (www.manorialcounselltd.co.uk) is misleading on several points.

  • They do not thoroughly research titles and as you view the evidence on this website you will soon see for yourself. Take a look at www.manorialtitlesbeware.com for further evidence.

  • They do not use Legal Authorities. ( I have never heard of such a bad terminology) They use the possession law as all their legal documentation quotes 'Quiet Enjoyment' . They do not have any legal right to apply new rights to a title. Only the Crown can apply new rights.  Really what they are referring to are the standard two rights under the common possession law.

  • Their solicitors are incompetent in manorial law. Manorial Counsel Ltd have NO legal right to any title and NO legal right to sell any title. It is operating fraudulently.

  • Most titles which appear dormant are owned by someone. I have proof of Manorial Counsel selling titles which other people own. That is fraud and their solicitors are complicit in this by acting for the company (Kevin Norris the fake Earl)

  • Not one of their clients owns a title. They have all been acquired without proper research and never owned by Manorial Counsel ltd. Manorial Counsel does not have any lordships for sale or valid baronies. They are selling the name only and glorifying it with their creative literature. The Gazette notices have been placed fraudulently as none of their clients actually hold a lordship. All they hold is the use of a name and they have paid silly money for that.

  • What Manorial Clients should be doing now is to seek independent legal advice. I suggest Michael Baxendale of Newhall Solicitors as he and his staff are highly experienced in manorial law.

Manorial Counsel ltd (Kevin Norris) and his fraudulent solicitors, Hattons, are grossly misleading their viewers and clients about their false claim that a Barrister has researched and found a way to re-instate a title. That is simply not true and the leading lawyer of manorial law, Michael Baxendale, will confirm this. Also the Manorial Society of Great Britain which is the leading authority on manorial titles, will also confirm this after undertaking a thorough investigation to find this Barrister.  The fact is that no Barrister will put their name to it and no Barrister will support Kevin Norris in his fraudulent claim.

Therefore all those who have purchased a title from Manorial Counsel (Kevin Norris) need to seek legal advice and certainly not the advice of Hattons solicitors who should be struck off.
