Another Mickey Mouse title sold by Manorial Counsel with their complicit solicitors (Hattons) submitting a fraudulent notice to the Official Gazette

The title does not exist?????

There is an Official Gazette notice with the details of: Lord of the Manor of Cokfeld (Sussex) being conveyed on the 20th August 2024 to Christian Alexander Pitt of Haywards Heath 

The holder should know better as he is in the legal profession as a Barister??? He has been duped into buying a fictitious title. He has created a website under the title of Lord of the Manor of Cuckfield in Sussex.  I have detailed this manor on its own page.

Christian Alexander Pitt needs to consult the advice of an independent solicitor such as the leading solicitor in Manorial Law being Michael Baxendale.
